HERBS FOR THE HEART AND CIRCULATORY DISORDERS

Monthly public meeting hosted by the Fenland Natural Health Herbalists, Emma Barker MNIMH, Ghislaine Headland-Vanni MURHP and Lois Campbell MURHP.

At this month’s meeting the FNH Herbalists will be focusing on medicinal plants that are used to treat health issues related to the heart and circulatory system. They will look at a range of conditions and explain how natural medicines can be used to treat these types of issues.

Our herb of the month is going to be Prickly Ash (Zanthoxylum americanum) a native North American shrub that has warming and stimulating properties and is used as a circulatory stimulant in modern herbalism.

Entry fee is £3 per person which includes a complimentary hot drink, a handout to take home on the herb of the month and a relaxed and enjoyable evening with likeminded people. Open to everyone.
