I hold a BSc (Hons) in Herbal Medicine from the University of Westminster (2019) and am a qualified Medical Herbalist. I run the Green Herbalist Clinic, offering consultations from both my home practice and The New Vitality Clinic.
I specialise in supporting clients with sleep, skin, menopause, and gut-related concerns, although my training enables me to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions.
In addition to clinical practice, I lead courses on herbal identification, foraging, and making home remedies, and I’m a course tutor for Discovering Herbal Medicine with The New Vitality Tuition.
The therapeutic relationship is central to my approach — I believe that a strong, collaborative connection between practitioner and patient enhances the healing process.
I'm a registered member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH), the College of Practising Phytotherapists (CPP) and ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners).
I also hold a Level 2 counselling qualification, with over 15 years of experience mentoring and counselling young people in a school setting.
Prior to becoming a herbalist, I worked as a graphic designer and manager, where I developed strong communication, mediation, and leadership skills — all of which continue to inform my holistic, person-centred practice today.
