Part of my journey into wellness touches on a personal level and for many years, a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis managed me. I experienced flare-ups that bought fatigue, joint pain, nutritional deficiency's and unintentional weight-loss.
I began exploring holistic health practices as a way to manage my wellbeing and the challenges of my condition. This experience inspired me to make a life changing decision to pursue formal study in Herbal Medicine, where I completed a five-year BSc (Hons) degree at the University of Westminster.
Through personal experience and professional training, I have seen how using herbal medicine alongside dietary and lifestyle support can make a meaningful difference to improving a person's quality of life.
My practice is rooted in traditional herbal medicine backed by evidence-based research, and I have a particular interest in supporting those with autoimmune-related conditions, stress resilience and emotional wellbeing. I also support people experiencing a variety of health-related challenges, including digestive discomfort, sleep difficulties, hormonal imbalances, low energy, and skin conditions.
