Trudy Norris

I qualified as a Medical Herbalist in 1993 after completing a Degree in Health and Community Studies at Liverpool University. I have been in practice since that time still working with some people I met in my early days as a practitioner. As I became more experienced working with people I noticed much more deeply the inter relationship between our mind, body and spirit and how important a holistic perspective is for both preventing and treating dis - ease. As a result of this I trained as a Counsellor and am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psycotherapy. I love working with plants and people and currently see people in Private Practice in Scunthorpe and Gainsborough, North Lincolnshire. I also work in Therapeutic Horticulture working with people with mental health challenges in Lincoln. I regularly give talks, run workshops and foraging events. I deliver training and supervision for Counsellors and students.
