Thank you for joining our event

We’re looking forward to seeing you on Saturday 21 October for our first Natural & Integrative Menopause Summit.

The Summit will see seven fantastic live sessions for all health professionals, but don’t worry, your ticket also includes full access to all the recordings to watch back at your leisure.

The whole event is hosted on a dedicated platform. There is some information below to help you to navigate around, but if you need a hand at all you can contact our team.

We do recommend checking that you can access the event lobby before the day itself.

We hope that you enjoy the summit, and please do connect with the other attendees to share ideas and opportunities to collaborate.

Accessing the Event

To join the Summit you can click the join link in the confirmation email, from the reminder sent 24 hours before the events starts, or in your calendar entry.

We are using a Zoom platform to host the summit, and Zoom highly encourages users to install the Zoom mobile app or the Zoom desktop client from the Download Center before joining an event.

The event platform has 4 tabs: Sessions, Itinerary, Speakers, and People.

Sessions tab: Here you can view information about upcoming sessions. At a glance, you can view the title and the date and time of the session, as well as the name of the speaker in the session. Click any session to open the right panel with more details. In the right panel, you can view the session image, tracks, speakers, live interpretation languages, and session description.

Speakers tab: View information about the event’s speakers. At a glance, you can view the speakers and their session titles. Click any speaker to open the right panel with more details. In the right panel, you can view the speaker’s photo, title/position, company, social media links, biography, session image, and tracks.

Itinerary tab: You can build your own itinerary by selecting sessions from the agenda

People tab: View other attendees who are participating in the event. At a glance, you can view the attendees’ profile cards and information that they choose to display. You can also network and connect with attendees by chatting with them, adding them, or viewing their networking profile

 

The lobby is the starting point of THE event.

  1. Access the event’s lobby.
  2. Click the Sessions tab.
  3. Click the session you want to watch.
  4. In the session, click the Watch link.
