STALLHOLDER OPPORTUNITIES

Meeting traders and suppliers has always been a highlight for attendees of our face-to-face events, and our festival provides a fantastic stage to connect with customers in a relaxed setting and build real relationships.

The festival is open to all, from herbal practitioners, students, other healthcare practitioners and those who just have an interest in herbs and the power of plants. You can see details of some of the stallholders already signed up on the main festival page, and if you have a plant based product or service that you’d like to share with our attendees then the Power of Plants Festival offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with new customers and meet new friends.

We are offering two options for stalls:

Premium stall – £475

 

  • 3m x 6m marquee included
  • 2 x 6 foot trestle tables ready for you to dress, and three chairs for your team
  • Details of your brand on the festival website and promotional materials
  • Three complimentary attendee tickets for your team, plus extras available at a nominal cost
  • Power available for charging devices etc
  • WiFi available for card payments
  • A discounted camping pitch at just £25

Regular stall – £325

 

  • 3m x 3m marquee included
  • A 6 foot trestle table ready for you to dress, and two chairs for your team
  • Details of your brand on the festival website and promotional materials

  • Power available for charging devices etc

Where our stallholders are based

We have two areas for traders:

  1. Our Herbal High Street sits within the walled garden, between the Big Top Stage and the Garden Stage. A great spot for people to browse as they walk between stages
  2. Our new Village Green sits between the walled garden, The Woods and the main entrance, and is a space with entertainment, activities, our festival shop, and the all important ice-cream stall! Stalls on the Village Green can also camp behind their pitch free of charge!

Thank you your interest in being a part in this year's Power of Plants Festival. Please provide us with your contact details, a brief written description on your stall, a photograph of yourself/business and maybe a short video detailing what would be available at your stall during the festival.
