Our summer festival brings together herbal practitioners, community groups, artists, growers, producers, and anyone with a herbal interest to celebrate these amazing plants and the power they have to improve our lives!

Our festival is for the whole herbal community, and making the event as accessible as possible is a key part of the festival’s ethos.

By partnering with organisations who share our values and ambitions, and who share our love of amazing plants, we can not only hold this amazing weekend, but also allow as many people as possible to attend.

Main Event Partner – £3000 (LIMITED NUMBER!)

We will work with you to develop a partnership package to suit you. This could include;

• Your branding across the festival space
• Speaker/session sponsorship
• A complimentary premium stall
• 10 complimentary attendee tickets
• A 1 hour programme slot in one of our flagship spaces to speak directly to our attendees
• Prime listing in the event programme
• Your logo and details on all promotional material
• Promotional inserts into our mailing list communications for three months either side of the event
• Opportunity to provide information/publicity at all of our seminars throughout the next twelve months
• The option of an individual email advertisement direct to our membership
• A year’s complimentary listing as a ‘Friend of the Institute’
• Three dedicated social media posts highlighting the partnership

 

Programme Partner – £1500 (LIMITED NUMBER!)

• Sponsor your choice of three sessions throughout the festival
• A complimentary premium stall
• 5 complimentary attendee tickets
• A 1 hour programme slot in one of our flagship spaces to speak directly to our attendees
• Prime listing in the sponsors section of the event programme
• Your logo and details on all promotional material
• Promotional inserts into our mailing list communications for three months either side of the event

• A 30 minute programme slot in one of our flagship spaces to speak directly to our attendees

• Opportunity to provide information/publicity at all of our seminars throughout the next twelve months

Sponsor a speaker – £200

• Your name will appear on the festival programme and you will be announced as the sponsor of the speaker when they give their talk.
• Details of your sponsorship of a speaker will also appear on the event website and on our social media feed
• Social media posts highlighting your sponsorship

Meeting traders and suppliers has always been a highlight for attendees of our face-to-face events, and our festival provides a fantastic stage to connect with customers in a relaxed setting and build real relationships.

The festival is open to all, from herbal practitioners, students, other healthcare practitioners and those who just have an interest in herbs and the power of plants. You can see details of some of the stallholders already signed up on the main festival page, and if you have a plant based product or service that you’d like to share with our attendees then the Power of Plants Festival offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with new customers and meet new friends.
