Get involved
One of the beautiful things about PoP is the amazing community that comes together to make it happen. The festival creates a beautiful space where people share, connect, perform, create and contribute. There are a host of ways you can be part of the festival, whether you are a business or just you. Take a look at the opportunities below and be part of something incredible.

Partners

By partnering with organisations who share our values and ambitions, and who share our love of amazing plants, we can not only hold this amazing weekend, but also allow as many people as possible to attend.
We don’t work with sponsors, because we want to build a deeper relationship with anyone supporting the event. This an opportunity to help your brand connect with a new audience, but also to truly be a part of the festival. If you share our love for the amazing power of plants then get in touch.
Stallholders

If you have a plant based product or service that you’d like to share with our attendees then the Power of Plants Festival offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with new customers and meet new friends.
Meeting traders and suppliers has always been a highlight for at our face-to-face events, and our festival provides a fantastic stage to connect with customers in a relaxed setting. We would love to showcase any business working with or showcasing nature and natural products.
Food

We are looking for attractive stalls or vehicles, offering high-quality food, sited in our stunning, hardstanding, courtyard area.Â
We love to work with providers who showcase local and ethical food, and who care about real quality. Plant-based or featuring carefully sourced meat and fish, we will be putting together a great choice for all of our hungry festival-goers, from breakfast through to late night dancing fuel!
Run a session

We have our main stages, outdoor spaces, and even an orangery to host your sessions, which could be lectures, workshops, demonstrations, ceremonies, discussions or pretty much anything else.
You might want to cover clinical uses of herbs and plants, share tips for growing or foraging, demonstrate making remedies, or talk more widely about nature connections or health. You may want to run a workshop in the woods, lead a yoga session, take clients for a massage or showcase some plant art.
Music

Every evening our Big Top stage will convert into The Pestle & Mortar, our pop-up festival pub, complete with stage and dancefloor. We’d love to hear from music makers and performers who can end each day with a bang.
We’ll also have music throughout the site each day. Perhaps you know an acoustic folk trio who could play in the woods, a harpist to play by the lake, or a percussionist to entertain our food court? Whether you can get hundreds of people dancing, or can create moments of quiet contemplation, fill out the form below!
Volunteer

Nothing can happen without our amazing volunteer crew! We need people to help us get people parked safely, check people in, look after the site, work behind our bar and set up and break down the site.
We offer free camping in our dedicated volunteer village, a weekend ticket and food (and as much herbal tea as you can drink!) in return for a couple of shifts over the festival weekend.
Applications will open soon.
