Prepare a delicious and nourishing herbal tea packed full of herbs and fruit rinds known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. Just add boiling water to the ingredients below, leave to steep for 15 minutes with a plate or saucer covering the cup. Before drinking you could mix in the juice of an orange for a hot orange tea. May be also wish to add honey to sweeten.

1 teaspoon fresh mint
2 rose hips
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon or ½ a cinnamon stick

Optional: Add in elderflowers for added immune system support and antiviral support.
